Abstract

Presented is one of the approaches in problems of shaping of describing characteristics for complex organizational and technical systems at an earlier stage of development. As one of these systems is considered the mathematical model of a complex with an unmanned air vehicle with twofold purpose, necessary for executing a structural and parametrical optimization of organizational and technical systems objects with algorithmic procedures on the basis of the method of nongradient.
